· Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day.
· Orders under 1 lb. usually ship Regular UPSP Mail.
· Order over 1 lb. and under 5 lbs. usually ship USPS Priority Mail
· Order over 5 lbs. will ship Fedex Ground
· Orders with "Free Shipping" usually ship USPS Parcel Post or First Class Mail
· Orders with “Free Shipping” pertain to shipping within the continuous USA. Additional charges may be necessary for AK, HI, PR, Canada and International orders.
· Beck Shoe Polishers usually ship the next day UPS Ground
· Chinook Boot Dryers usually ship the next day Fedex Ground
Sales Tax: We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses only in Pennsylvania, US.
We charge a 10% Restocking Fees As long as the item is returned in NEW condition.
Your Satisfaction is our top priority! We understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase; you can return any item for any reason for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing and require a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the manufacturer (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are shipped via USPS, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground
You will see the shipping charge and total before being asked for credit card information. You then have the option of completing your order or canceling it.
Yes, we can ship international for most of our products. The shipping cost will be calculated as described above.
Yes! Just call us at 61- 761 7340 to get a quote for the cost of the order. All checks should be made out to SEA Products and must arrive within 1 week of your order date. Keep in mind that checks take 7-10 days to clear and your order will not ship until the check clears.
It is SEA Products policy NOT to charge you for your order until the product ships.
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the next business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. While we make every effort to ensure all items are in stock, backorders do happen. You will be notified of any backorder. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time and the shipping method chosen, is from one to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. You must contact us at 619 761 7340 or 610 544 991 for overnight shipping.
All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a defective product, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS. If you ever have questions not answered by the manufacturer or by UPS, please contact us at email@example.com.
