Motion Sickness Facts and Information

  1. Symptoms of motion sickness, seasickness or altitude sickness: Abnormal color of skin, especially the face. This loss of color is temporary and is caused by a reduced blood flow to the face and is similar to being in shock, being sick. Once the motion sickness ends the color returns to normal.

  2. If you begin to feel sea sick, or motion sick; Eat frequent small quantities of soda crackers
