Returning Policy
Free returns for damaged
products at the time of delivery or manufactured defects.
You have 10 days from the date
of shipment to initiate the return or exchange of an item. After 10 days all
sales are final and all items are subject to the terms and conditions of the
manufacturer's warranty. In most cases you will need to contact the manufacturer
directly for warranty service or support.
To qualify for a return:
You must contact SEA Products
at 610 761 7340 or [email protected] and get a RMA number. RMA numbers must
be printed on the return item box or packing slip.
Returned items must be
returned new and unused in the same manufacturer's packing. Make sure you
include any or all parts in order to receive a full refund.
Items that are returned
damaged or used or missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
Custom and special orders are
not returnable.
Steps for a Return
Contact us for a RMA number
and we will give you the best option for the return.
All products must be returned
in new, unused, sellable condition, in original manufacturer's packaging, with
all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
Refunds are process once the
item has been received and determined that the product is in new, unused and
sellable condition. The refund will be returned to the credit card.
Damaged or Defective Products
Call us immeditaly at 610 761
7340 to let us know the product was damaged.
Take pictures of the damaged
product at delivery. Do NOT accept any product with damage to the box or
crate. Refuse the item to the dryer, mark on the packing or BOL
"Damaged and Refused because of damage" and have it returned to the
manufacturer.
You must take pictures of the
damage in order to process the return so we can start a claim on the damaged
product.
Replacement Terms
In the event that we send you
a replacement, you will be required to return the damaged or defective item
within 20 days to avoid being charged for both the replacement and the
original. Additionally, we can only replace the exact item and version you
ordered.
Shipping Refunds
The customer is responsible
for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.
